Making cookies during Christmas time is a tradition in our house. It has become an easy tradition for us now that I have the best, and easiest, sugar cookie recipe! A few years ago I asked my Mom to make cookies for the twins birthday party, and they were phenomenal! She was able to perfect a recipe and they are the softest, yummiest sugar cookies I’ve ever been able to make. The dough comes together quickly and you don’t have to wait for it to cool in the fridge. It’s so easy to use with cookie cutters that the kiddos can do it!

Creating memories making these cookies will quickly become a tradition in your home, mainly because they’re so easy! We use Wilton cookie icing for easy decorating after the cookies have cooled. You can grab some here, it’s so easy to use.

I hope you enjoy making memories with your family!

Using the giant cookie cutter from Hearth and Hand is a HUGE timesaver when baking with the twins. Grab you one here.

A big thanks to my Mom for sharing her recipe!
